The surroundings
Dry-stone walls, vineyards, cherry trees and small family wineries: the hills around Sorèl are best explored on foot, by bike or by car, without hurry.
Slow, alive, surprising
The hills are a staircase of marogne, the dry-stone walls that hold up the vineyards, and they change colour with every season. They reveal themselves slowly: on foot from our gate, by bike along the stream, by car to a winery that only opens by appointment. We give you the base, and the right tips to really enjoy them.
By bike
Four routes, from the stream cycle path to the long tour of the wineries. Bikes can be hired in the village; we give you the map and the tips.
By bikeOn foot among the vines
The cherry-tree trail starts at the front door: seven kilometres in a loop, two unhurried hours. Mist at dawn, the plain in view at sunset.
